By accessing or using Prediction Radar ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at predictionradar.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Prediction Radar, operated by Funds Recovery Group. The Platform is provided for authorized users only and requires an invitation to register.

The Platform may be updated, modified, or expanded at any time. Material changes to the service will be communicated to users.
Prediction Radar is an invite-only platform. Accounts may only be created through an invitation issued by an authorized administrator. Each user must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security at [email protected].

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
Prediction Radar offers tiered subscription plans: Free ($0/month), Pro ($99/month), Elite ($299/month), and API ($499/month). The features and limitations of each plan are described on our Pricing page.
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges associated with your subscription, excluding taxes based on our net income. We may collect taxes as required by applicable law.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Platform within 14 days of your initial subscription, contact [email protected] for a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices upon 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. Continued use of the Platform after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform. We will provide reasonable notice before suspension.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, data models, user interfaces, signal generation logic, strategy frameworks, documentation, and branding, are owned by Prediction Radar / Funds Recovery Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Platform or any part thereof without our express written permission. Signal outputs, analysis, and data generated by the Platform are licensed to you for your use but remain our intellectual property.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.

The Platform does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No guarantee is made regarding the performance of any trading signal, strategy, or analysis produced by the Platform. Trading in prediction markets, sports betting, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments carries inherent risk, including the potential loss of some or all invested capital.
GAMBLING DISCLAIMER: Prediction Radar is a market analysis and prediction intelligence platform. We are not a gambling operator, sportsbook, betting exchange, or prediction market venue, and no wagering takes place on the Platform. We do not accept, hold, or pay out bets or wagers of any kind.
Signals, odds, and market data shown on the Platform relate to or derive from third-party prediction markets (such as Kalshi and Polymarket) and sports betting markets. If you choose to wager or trade on those third-party venues based on information from this Platform, you do so entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that such activity is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you meet any age and eligibility requirements imposed by those venues or by applicable law.
Gambling and prediction-market trading involve risk of financial loss, and for some people gambling can become addictive. If you believe your gambling may be problematic, we encourage you to seek support from responsible-gambling resources available in your jurisdiction.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PREDICTION RADAR, FUNDS RECOVERY GROUP, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prediction Radar, Funds Recovery Group, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
The Platform integrates with third-party services and data providers, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Polymarket, Kalshi, and various market data providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Market data and information provided through the Platform may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We rely on third-party data sources and cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of such data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. We are not obligated to retain or provide you with copies of any data, signals, analysis, or content generated during your use of the Platform, except as required by applicable law. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prediction Radar regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet disruptions, or failure of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Prediction Radar.
