By accessing or using Prediction Radar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is currently available on an invite-only basis for authorized team members of Funds Recovery Group.
Access is granted through invite links issued by authorized administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must not share access with unauthorized parties.
The Platform operates in paper mode by default. All trading signals, orders, and positions are simulated unless explicitly authorized by an administrator. No financial advice is provided. Users are solely responsible for any real trading decisions made outside the Platform.
User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Activity logs are maintained for security and audit purposes.
Users must not attempt to circumvent security controls, access other users' data, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Funds Recovery Group shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
